El Colibri Estancia de Charme (Estancia El Colibri) is a family-owned horse ranch in the rolling sierra outside Cordoba city. The colonial-style estancia building is the creation of Stephanie and Raoul Fenestraz, whose family has been in the hospitality business for generations.
The spacious main building features vaulted whitewashed ceilings, wood parquet floors, and large windows.
As a member of the Relais & Chateaux family of boutique hotels, El Colibri emphasizes fine dining. The seasonal menu features locally-produced, farm-raised meat, eggs, milk, fruit, and vegetables.

Hummingbird Suite
The Hummingbird Suite at Estancia El Colibri measures 1,130 square feet. This suite features a large entrance hall, living room, bedroom, double dressing room, vaulted bathroom with jacuzzi bath and separate shower, two fireplaces, and a private terrace.
Suites
The two Suites at El Colibri average 839 square feet. Each suite features a living room, fireplace, bedroom, dressing room, bathroom and private terrace. The suites can be furnished with either one double bed or two twin beds.
Junior Suites
El Colibri’s four junior suites range from 473 to 516 square feet and feature double or two twin beds, living room, a fireplace, and a bathroom with a double sink, bathtub and separate shower.
Deluxe Rooms
The Deluxe Rooms at El Colibri are approximately 516 square feet. They are furnished with either a one double bed or two twin beds. They also feature a fireplace, and a bathroom with a double vanity, bathtub, and separate shower.
Amenities
Hotel amenities include an Argentine restaurant, outdoor swimming pool, spa, hammam, executive golf course, bar, and dining room.
