The 94 guest rooms and suites feature circular windows, hardwood floors, and custom lighting.
Each guest room is furnished with luxury linens and bathrobes by Trussardi, signature Ipanema sandals, minibar, coffee machine, TV, and security box. Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel.
Bathrooms are equipped with bathtub and separate walk-in shower, heated towel rail, and hairdryer.

Unique´s 10 suites combine a bedroom and living room that follows the hotel’s curvature with “infinite floor” woodwork. Suites are furnished with a queen-size bed. One exception: the Oasis Suite has a king-size bed.
Suites have two TVs. The living room’s TV is equipped with Apple TV and Media Hub.
Broadway Suite
Overlooking Avenida Brigadeiro Luis Antonio, the Broadway Suite is the favorite accommodation of Ruy Ohtake, Hotel Unique’s architect.
Rodeo Drive Suite
Rodeo Drive Suites feature a living room and bedroom in separate environments, both with workstations. These Suites offer views of the wooded region of Jardins neighborhood and Ibirapuera Park. Rodeo Drive Suites can be interconnected to a Premium Room.
Champ Élisées Suite
The Champ Élysées Suite overlooks the Jardins neighborhood and Ibirapuera Park. This suite can comfortably host up to 7 guests in the living room, whether for a business meeting or to get together with the family.
The Champ Élisées Suite can also be interconnected to a Premium Room.
Oasis Suite
Located on the 7th floor, the Oasis Suite measures approximately 3,550 square feet. This suite offers living room, dining room, kitchen, and sundeck with a jacuzzi. The Oasis Suite features lightning control and entertainment from an iPad, as well as surround-sound in the living room.
The Oasis Suite offers panoramic views of the city.
Amenities
Skye, the hotel’s rooftop restaurant, features a crimson red pool with an underwater sound system. A lounge area overlooks Ibirapuera Park and the São Paulo skyline.
The Wall Bar, located in the lobby of Hotel Unique, features a 60-foot vertical bar. The bar is adjacent to a library with over 300 titles, including works on design, architecture, art, fashion, music, and photography.
Skye is helmed by Chef Emmanuel Bassoleil. Inspired by the diversity of São Paulo, Chef Bassoleil’s menu explores Brazilian, French, Italian, and Japanese influences.
The fitness center at Hotel Unique offers two indoor heated pools with a water slide entrance, dry and steam saunas, technology equipment, experienced personal trainers, and a spa room offering body and facial treatments. The use of the fitness center at Hotel Unique carries an additional cost.
