Villa Lechuza is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom villa at Montemar, located in a 43-acre private reserve in the highlands of Santa Cruz Island. The villa offers 829 square feet of indoor space and 204 square feet of outdoor deck, with an open kitchen, living, and dining area. Both bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms, private decks, and views of the forested grounds.
Like its sister villa, Lechuza was designed with sustainability in mind, using natural materials and off-grid systems. Surrounded by shade-grown coffee, grazing horses, and native wildlife, the villa offers quiet connection to the land and a central location for exploring the island.
