Explora Rapa Nui is located 5 miles away from Hanga Roa, in a privileged location on Easter Island, surrounded by trees, prairies and views to the Pacific Ocean. The hotel is located on a 9.6 square kilometers property that has no archeological ruins and is unsuitable for farming.

Owned by famous skin-diver Mike (“Mee-kay”) Rapu and leased from him, the hotel is also called Posada de Mike Rapu. The 30 guest rooms overlook the Pacific Ocean and the rolling hills on the southern shore of Easter Island.
