The smallest property in the VIK Retreats Collection, Playa VIK sits on the beach in José Ignacio. At its center is the “Sculpture”—a modernist main building of glass and steel overlooking the Atlantic. Inside, each suite is designed by a different artist, and the shared spaces feature works by leading Uruguayan architects, designers, and sculptors. Sliding glass walls open to sea views, and the black granite pool is inlaid with a map of the Southern Hemisphere’s night sky.
