One of our best trips ever, made excellent by LANDED‘s attention to detail. When planning the trip our travel planner listened to us carefully, asked the right questions, and customized the trip to have just the right balance of adventure and city sights for us. My recent trip to South America was amazing; I spent the entire trip in Peru, traveling from the north to the south and from coast to inland lakes, both in the air and on the ground. I was very lucky to be traveling with John Montgomery, Co-Founder of LANDED. I cannot say enough good things about John and LANDED; they are very knowledgeable in every aspect of South and Central America. They have, on a first name basis, contacts with hotels, guides and transportation. LANDED also is aware of those off the beaten path hotels that make this type of trip worthwhile. Just wanted to drop you a note to say “thank you”. We had a lovely trip. Everything worked out very nicely. The hotels and tour services were top quality. Of note, our tour guides in Buenos Aires and in Rio were wonderful. I should add that while our Rio guide was a 10 out of 10, our Buenos Aires guide was an 11 out of 10—just one of those very special people you meet only every once in a while. Just lovely. Certainly we will keep you in mind for our future trips to Central/South America and will refer you to my friends and colleagues.
Terrific trip from start to finish. The hotels were perfect. Viña Vik is on my list of most amazing hotels ever. Our guide in Buenos Aires, Ariana, was tremendous. I would highly recommend her. She was smart, informative, nice, professional and fun. She did a great job with everything—even waiting in line with us for almost two hours at the airport on our way to Chile. In Santiago, our guide, Alex, knew so much about the area and shared everything with us. I would recommend him highly.

We returned yesterday from our trip and I wanted to let you know that it was absolutely amazing! There is not a single thing on the itinerary that we would change.
