Casas Brancas is a family-owned boutique hotel & spa in sunny Buzios, Brazil. Located on the hillside overlooking the sea and Orla Bardot, Casas Brancas (White Houses) is a short walk from the city’s best boutiques, cafes, and ice cream shops. Its in-house restaurant is one of our favorite hotel restaurants in Brazil. Established in 1974 as a guest house with only four rooms, the hotel grew and stretched over time, adding to the structure and services as Buzios evolved from a fishing village to an international destination. The owners’ collection of treasures from travels punctuate the interior and garden areas.
Vila da Santa Hotel is a boutique, family-owned hotel located in the historical heart of Buzios. The hotel offers a bit of white-and-blue Mediterranean charm, warmed on Brazil’s sunny Atlantic Coast. A short walk in your Havaianahs will take you to the historic church and the beaches of Ossos, Azeda, and Azedinha. On foot, you can reach the famous Rua das Pedras (Street of Rocks) and the Orla Bardot (Bardot Boulevard) within a few breezy minutes. Some of our favorite cafes and ice cream shops are located a block or two outside the front door.
Insolito is a design hotel overlooking Praia Ferradura, an upscale beach neighborhood on the Buzios Peninsula.
That sense of relaxed separation gave the hotel its name; Insolito is Portuguese for both “insulated” and “extraordinary”.
