After our initial conversation, we’ll begin crafting your dream vacation. Most LANDED itineraries involve services and accommodations from several providers: lodging, tours, land transportation, and signature experiences. We consolidate all of that information and prepare a beautiful, detailed itinerary with one easy-to-understand price and a simple payment method. You won’t be paying more than if you booked everything on your own, and you’ll enjoy all the benefits of LANDED’s guidance, relationships, access, and support.

LANDED processes a design and curation charge that starts at US$400 in order to execute a proposal, and most of our vacation designs start at US$10,000 per person for South America & Antarctica, and US$5,600 per person for Central America. After additional tailoring and your approval, we work to confirm all the details—from the finest accommodations and bespoke experiences to local transportation and airport assistance.

Prior to your departure, we’ll reconfirm all the details and keep in touch through updates, packing lists, and pre-departure conversations. Your itinerary will be at your fingertips via our mobile app. During your travels, we’ll take care of all the behind-the-scenes logistics and answer your questions through 24/7 English-speaking support.
